Soho Announces Onsite IT Service

Soho, a leading Southern California information technology service provider, announces a new offering providing onsite IT personnel at client locations on a daily basis.

The program, known as Onsite IT Service, provides a Soho technician at the customer location for regular hours every workday plus 24×7 emergency support for a single monthly fee.
IT technicians are cross-trained and rotated, bringing varying skill sets to Soho clients. This allows several technicians to become familiar with a client’s corporate culture and technology needs. In addition, urgent needs can be handled simultaneously – both in-house and remotely.
